The Ying Chow Chinese Restaurant is probably the best one I found in Australia. The food there is really special, I don't know what they do to it, but it's not your regular Chinese flavours. It's on 114 Gouger St, mains cost 7.50 to 14 A$ and it's open for dinner every day and for lunch on Friday. It's very crowded in the evening, so get there early or wait.
