Apart from the hostels, which usually offer Internet access, you have Kappy's Bettanet Internet Cafe, on 55 Jetty Rd, Glenelg (has a great cafe, too; 5 A$/hour), the State Library of SA, on cnr North Tce and Kintore Ave, where you get free access, but need to book ahead at 8207 7242.
