I stayed at the Tinbilly when I was in Brisbane and I was more than pleased. It's in the centre, on 462 George St, it's very modern, very clean, I liked the facilities and the fact that every room has a bathroom and a locker (and the busy bar downstairs :) Dorm Beds are 20-26 A$.
