Queensland Museum in Brisbane

You might find the Queensland Museum quite interesting, I think. It's got shows on Queensland's history, a few "mammoths", an interesting bit about the wildlife there and the endangered species. I liked it, but I didn't find it all that fascinating. What I really liked was the show of Melanesian artefacts. The entry is on Grey St and there is no admission.
