If you're lucky enough to be in Brisbane between June and November, yes, there is and you definitely shouldn't miss it because it's truly fascinating. Brisbane Day Tours offer whale-watching trips to Moreton Bay, which cost about 100 A$. If you want more info, you can call 3236 1240 and ask there.
