One of the best destinations around Cairns is Cape Tribulation. There are a couple of operators that can take you there: Billy Tea Bush Safaris (130 A$, leaving at 7:10 am and returning at 6:30 pm), Cape Trib Connections (110 A$, leaving at 8 am and returning at 8 pm) and Jungle Tours (130 A$, departing 7:30 am and returning 6:45 pm)
