Yeees! And it's incredible. Lots of adrenaline! There are several rivers where you can do that and 5 degrees of difficulty, with 5 being the most exciting :) Some operators: Raging Thunder (www.ragingthunder.com.au) and R'n'R White Water Rafting (www.raft.com.au). Prices start at 85 A$ (for half a day on the Barron River) and go to 1500 A$ (for four days on the North Johnstone River).
