I can think of tons of things to do in Canberra. You won't get bored. There's lots of things to do such as swimming at the Canberra Olympic Pool or boating at Lake Burley. Or you can go biking or bushwalking in Namadgi National Park.
What I consider a must-do is snow playing! In Corin Forrest, on Corin Road. They have a bobsled there (A$6/ride) or you can go play on the artificial snow for A$6. Hours: 10AM-4PM.
