I have one: Pee Wee's at the Point. Everyone has heard about it, because it's one of places relishing some of the best food Darwin has to offer; for example, Thai-style snapper or Shangai prawns (that's some sort of species of shrimps) with chilli and garlic sauce. Not so many vegeterian options, though. Anyway, take substantial funds with, 'cause it's gonna cost you.
The restaurant it's on Alec Fong Lim Dr, East Point Reserve.
