Equinox Fishing Charters do that. I have a brochure from them, but it's not very specific. They offer tours starting at 110 A$, their website is www.equinoxcharters.citysearch.com.au and their address is Cullen Bay. I remember a friend of mine went on sucha fishing trip with them and returned very excited and pleased.
