I only know that Tiwi Tours (www.aussieadventure.com.au) is specialized in such cultures, especially in Tiwi. If you're interested, check out the site, where you'll find that you could fly northwest to Bathurst Island and stay there for one or two days. Only it costs quite much... A$310 (to A$570), but for that money you also get meal and accommodation.
