The Cascade brewey, on the southwestern edge of the city centre, on Cascade Rd, is the oldest brewery in Australia. There are tours at 9:30 am, 10 am, 1 pm and 1:30 pm, they cost 14 A$ and you have to call and book at 6221 8300.
