There are several resorts on the 9km long and 2km wide island. You have what to choose from: Club Croc, Whitsunday Wilderness Lodge, Peppers Palm Bay but you can also camp on the QPWS camping ground for A$4/person.
The Club Crocodile Resort has around 160 rooms, a fitness center and a swimming pool (which was kinda filthy at the time). The room has a safe, refrigerator, TV and bathroom.
