Universal Bar is absolutely cool! In terms of atmosphere, people and music. It's popular every night of the week. On 221 William St, Northbridge. Another place I liked in Perth was Higgins Hyde Park Hotel, on the corner of Bulwer and Fitgerald Sts, where they have jazz on Monday and Tuesday, country rock on Wednesday and other stuff in the rest of the week.
