The Swan Bells contain the bells of St Martin's-in-the-fields and they were given by the British gov as a gift for Australia's bicentenary. They're not that impressive, honestly. The only thing that's worth it there is the view, which is quite nice. It's up to you to decide if it's worth the 6 A$ you pay for admission.
