At the Iluka Beach Resort in Surfers Paradise I stayed last year for a whole week and paid just 90 $ a night. That's about 110 AUD. I couldn't complain actually, cause this was one of the cheapest places to stay, and the hotel was quite good. I didn't get breakfast of course, but that wasn't a problem :) it's on the Esplanade
