Yes, there are several facilities for body "pampering", but I'd warmly recommend Paradise Day Spa & Bath House. The place is great and the service is cool. You feel a new person when you come out. THey have around 10 treatment rooms and you can get any facial or body therapy you can think of. Plus there's a hair and nail service on the site.
