Yes, there is a specific month. In November you'll certainly find what you're looking for, 'cause the Bondi-to-Bronte walk is tranformed into an outdoor sculpture gallery. Check out this site: www.sculpturebythesea.com for other info. But if you're an art fan, then you shouldn't miss the Sydney's Biennale, which is an international art festival held in June, at the Art Gallery of NSW, the Powerhouse Museum and other venues.
