The only one I know of where you can see actors perform is the Old Fitzroy Hotel, on 129 Dowling St, Woolloomooloo. It has a bit of a bistro touch to it, too, so you can even eat something if you’re hungry while watching the actors do their thing. The beer is around 30 A$, and there’s a nice balcony.
