Aqua Dining would be on top of my list. It's on North Shore, on the corner of Paul & Northcliff Streets, Milsons Point. It's quite expensive, like 35 A$ for lunch and 40-42 A$ for dinner, but the view and the food are definitely worth it. Beautiful interior design and excellent service, too. Just make sure to make a reservation. They're usually packed. The number is 9964 9998.
