I don't know if it's the coolest, but it's definitely in the top 10. It's called Bourbon and it's in Kings Cross, on 24 Darlinghurst Rd. Very hip, very flashy, lots of young, cool, upper-class people, so dress up :) It's mostly a lounge place, not dancing, but it can be a good time if it's the kind of place you like. It's open till 6 am.
