I went on the Harboursights Cruises and it was nice. You can buy the tickets at the ferrry ticket offices in Circular Quay. The price starts at 15 A$, depending on the tour you want: morning (which lasts one hour), afternoon (2 hours and a half), or evening (one hour and a half).
