The best way, if you ask me, is with a shuttle company. They'll take you to your hostel and all of them go into city centre, some of them even get to suburbs or beaches. Some of these companies are Kingsford Smith Transport (www.kst.com.au), Super Shuttle (www.supershuttle.com.au) or Shuttle Bus Services (www.shuttlebusservices.com).
